If applying Search Limits (date, library location, language, etc.), set them before entering search terms. Limits may be used with all searches on this page.
Enter you search term(s) in the Search for: box. Then use the pull-down menu to the right of the Search for: box to select the relationship of your search terms:
- all of these: all words will appear in the search results
- any of these: any or all words will appear in the search results
- as a phrase: words will be adjacent to each other in the search results
Use the Search in: pull-down menu to refine your search by looking for your search terms in a particular field:
- Author Name
- ISBN
- ISSN
- Keyword Anwhere: words from all title title, author, subject, and notes fields
- Personal Name
- Publisher: Date
- Publisher: Name
- Series
- Subject
- Title
If you do not make changes to the dropdown menus, QUIN will look for all your search terms in the Keyword Anywhere fields.
You may add to your search using the additional search boxes. Combine lines using AND, OR, or NOT radio buttons.
Using ? with partial words to find varient endings: pediatric? finds pediatric, pediatrics, pediatrician
